SSS Phone No. or SSS Hotline is Now a 24-Hour Call Center Service

Updated February 27, 2013:

Now you can call SSS in the early evening, late evening, late night, midnight, or at dawn! The new SSS hotline is now a 24-hour call center service, from Monday to Friday.

The 24-hour SSS phone numbers are:

920-6446 to 55

Available from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm the next day

I called SSS one night, when the previous 16-hour service was launched, and somebody picked my call immediately. The SSS customer service officer was obviously already tired, and was grumpy, but later on, she tried her best to sound pleasant.

To maximize the time with the SSS officer, be ready with your SSS number. The officer wants to be accurate with her answer, so she wants to access your SSS records before she gives a response.

Be ready also with your question. Your question should be clear. What do you really want to know? Before you call, write data, numbers or information so you can give correct data immediately.

You can also use other SSS communication systems for members' inquiries:

  1. I pay my monthly contribution last Dec 14, 2013 at Bayad Center but as of this moment, Jan 10,2014, the contribution was not yet posted on my online SSS account? Where would I inquire regarding this matter?

  2. Hi Sarah, file your MAT1 form with your ultrasound report or cert of pregnancy. Pag na-stamped na by SSS, keep it and submit this later on together with MAT2 and other docs after your delivery. This is how to check if you're eligible:

  5. Hi Kaydee. I just want to ask about my contribution status. I started working June 2013 in Sucat. I expected last November 2013 that I can have my 2nd salary loan. Until now my contributions from June is not yet updated. I already asked about this concern to HR DEPARTMENT where I'm working since last year. I already filled up 2 same form and HR printed out my ACTUAL PREMIUMS twice. I really need that salary loan 2013 pa. Thanks.

  6. Hi Nerissa, sorry this is not a website of SSS, so I don't have access to the SSS database. Please write your complaint at Facebook.com/SSSPh It's truly sad that SSS takes a long time to process sickness claims. What about your online SSS account? Does it not have an update? Can you see "For Review" or any other comment in your sickness benefit portion?

  7. Hi Rhodalyn, based on complaints that I've read on our blogs, maaaring na-delay ang mga processing ng SSS claims dahil sa holidays. May nakalagay na bang check number at check amount sa maternity benefit sa online SSS account mo? Or "For review/evaluation" pa rin? Kung meron na, wait for its delivery via registered mail.

  8. Hi Ardee, what you can do is ask your HR for a copy of R5 receipts where your contributions were included, plus a copy of R3 collection lists where your contributions were included. Submit these docs to the branch where your company is filing its docs and request for posting. Xerox the docs for your own copy, and have these stamped Received by SSS (proof that you have asked them to post your contributions).

  9. good day po, i am mitch, applying for maternity benefit. actually i am still employed until Feb.24, 2014. my due date is on March 28, 2014. my employer processed my mat1 online and it was already okay. but the thing is, when my employer got the screenshot of my total contribution, they told me that I can't get it in advance bed. it's the policy of SSS. Is it true that you can only get it after giving birth.

    Thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Hi mitch, did you mean you'll leave the company? If yes, I think the real reason is that you'll give birth when you're already not employed with them. This should be the reason that they told you. The rule is for the employer to advance the benefit within 30 days of your maternity leave. If you're leaving/resigning, and not filing your maternity leave, they won't advance your benefit.
If you're leaving, request for cert of separation with date of sep, cert of non-advancement of maternity benefit, and 2 sheets of L501 form.

    1. Actually no, i am not leaving the company. I am still working after i gave birth. And i am planning to process it myself if they wont advance it. What do i need to do, if i wont leave the company.

    2. And do i still need to bring another mat1 if they already processed it online?

  11. Hi Andrea Kaye, i-enroll mo ang father mo sa online SSS. Online SSS Registration. Kelangan ang SSS no. ng employer. Pang registered na, you can check your father's SSS records online. You can also go to SSS and verify your father's contributions and loan payments. Bring your ID, your father's ID (or xerox) and authorization letter.
Pag hindi nagreremit ang company, your father can go to SSS Diliman and file a complaint with these docs: pay slips with SSS payments, notarized letter of complaint or Sinumpaang Salaysay, cert of employment if available. Your father also can authorize you to complain. Bring your and your father's valid IDs, including your father's SSS ID, and authorization letter.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Hi Pops, your father can visit the nearest SSS branch, kahit sa province, with his ID and verify his SSS no. and contributions. Your father can also authorize you to verify. Bring your ID, his ID and authorization letter.

  15. Hi Mitch, kung ganon na your status with SSS is Employed so you should file MAT1 and MAT2 as Employed. Pero as you said, puedeng ikaw ang mag-file ng MAT2. The check will be delivered by registered mail to your employer, so kunin mo na lang yong check mo from your employer, kasi hindi naman sila nag-advance ng benefit sa iyo.

  25. Hi Savannah, write a letter addressed to SSS explaining na you were not able to file your MAT1 before delivery because when you were about to file MAT1, you delivered prematurely. Attach this letter to your MAT1 form. And then pray that SSS will accept your explanation and approve your claim. Since you gave birth just after you left your job, include employer's cert of separation with date of sep, cert of non-advancement of maternity benefit, and 2 sheets of L501 form.

  26. Hi madam! i just want to ask what is the salary loan authorization letter that my employer is asking me to submit to them regarding my salary loan balance from my previous company? do SSS have a specific form that i need to get from one of your branches? i already paid half of my salary loan. but the company im working closed so my payments was delayed for 2years. i got part time jobs but they dont pay any contribution on my SSS they just deduct 10% on my salary and thats it.so the penalty and interest piled up and its very hard for me to pay the remaining balance. now im gonna be working again and my new employer is asking me authorization letter. thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Hi Zeth, I think your employer is asking from you your own letter authorizing them to deduct from your salaries for your SSS loan payment. Ito meron akong sample dito: Sample Salary Deduction Authorization You attach a copy of your SSS check voucher or a printed copy of your online SSS loan balance page.

I need a copy of my employment history but i cant access my online account since nkblock sya. What can i do to have a copy of it? Is the main office willing to give a copy of that?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hi Joel, you can ask for verification of contributions at your servicing SSS branch, so you can see the employers that remitted your contributions, and your employment history. Or better yet, you can request for the resetting of your online account at the branch.

  32. Hi Kaydee, I'm a new company representative in a private company and upon checking the SSS loan eligibility of our employees this is what I found..
Loan applications will be rejected due to:
    1. Invalid Employer ID number: Temporary Suspension
2.Employer delinquent in Payment of Loan Remittances
What should we do to settle this delinquency? Our employer is willing to settle this problems as soon as possible. Please Help.

    Thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Hi Sam, first is to review your past SSS loan-payment deductions that were not remitted to SSS. Make a list to compute the total loan payments that were not remitted. Fill up the ML1 loan payment form and the ML2 collection list, leaving blank the penalties, and then go to SSS, and have the penalties on ML1 computed. Then make the payments. Submit to SSS copies of ML1, Ml2 and payment receipts for posting. Ask SSS if your company needs to make a written request to lift your temporary suspension.
If your company had been delinquent for many years, then talk first with an SSS officer about how to correct your delinquencies.
    Ask others too.

  36. Hi candice, if there's an error with your claim, wait for SSS to return your docs, and then re-submit your claim together with the correct document. Yes, it really takes months for SSS to return defective claims. Enroll online at sss.gov.ph so you can track your maternity benefit claim.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Hi Rowena, that means the check is being processed. Do you see a check no. and amount? If yes, wait for your check to be delivered to your address through registered mail. Postal delivery might take 2 weeks to 1 month.

  38. Hi Angela, if you have paid half of your loan and if 1 year has passed since the date of your first loan check, then you can renew your loan, and your loan balance will be deducted from your new loan.
You can enroll online at sss.gov.ph so you can check your loan eligibility and other records

  51. Hi, this is weird but my father claims that his pension has stopped remitting to his account since the beginning of 2014 & that he has also forgotten his personal SSS no. I think he did so in order to permanently escape a long time financial obligation w/ a relative of ours. It's causing a scuffle because my mother is left with the whole burden to herself. As a third person/party, is there any way that I can get information about my father's SSS no. & confirm that my father's pension has indeed stopped? Thanks very much...

    ReplyDelete
  52. Hi Joyst, do you have an online SSS account? If yes, you can check your loan eligibility. It will say you can, or how much more you will pay before you can renew your loan.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Hi Patricio, his SSS pension is for the rest of his life, but he must go to SSS for his annual confirmation. He needs to present himself to an SSS officer with his SSS no. and SSS ID, usually within a month before his birthday, to show he's still alive.
I think you cannot ask about his SSS info without authorization from him.
Another reason for pension getting stopped is if the pensioner is younger than 65 and SSS finds out that he is still employed.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I have tried to call all the nos. All are not available.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Hi Anne, you cannot verify your SSS no. online. You can verify your SSS no. at the branch nearest your home or work. Bring your IDs

    ReplyDelete
  56. Hi Catherine, you can file your own loan at your branch, but your loan application should be signed by your employer, as your status is Employed. But even then, if the number of your posted contributions is only 35, your loan application won't be accepted or approved.
Ask your HR if they already filed their collection lists for the last quarter and first quarter of 2014, and to check if your name is on the lists.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Good Day,

just wanna ask if how long will it take for me to avail a loan cause I just transferred to a new employer? Is it true that I need to have a 6 months contribution in my new employer before I could apply for a loan?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Hi Mary Grace, wait for some more time. Maybe you applied the same time, but your paper was put into the next batch.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Hi Pacita Noren, since you've been a paying member in the past, you can continue paying even without going to SSS. You can pay at Bayad Center or SM Business Center any day. After 2 to 5 days waiting for posting of your payment, enroll at sss.gov.ph so you can track your data. If you want to go to the nearest SSS, there's a branch near YMCA Arrocerros, near SM Manila. There's also a branch along Legarda, Sampaloc.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Hi jobberbanares, I think that's the policy of your employer and other employers. I've read similar questions from others who commented here. Based on SSS rules, the requirements are only these: that you have at least 36 contributions, that at least 6 contributions were paid in the past 12 months, and that you have paid at least half of your old loan and 1 year has passed since the date of your previous loan check (if you're renewing).

    ReplyDelete
  61. Hi nesreen, I think SSS does not have enough people to look for your documents among hundreds of thousands of collection lists and receipts -- so it's taking them a long time, if they're even searching at all.
One option is for you to ask all your employees to enroll online at sss.gov.ph (they need your employer's SSS no. to register online) so they can see their contributions, and ask them to print their contribution charts and submit a copy to you.
Explore also your employer's online SSS account; you might be able to see helpful data there.
Lesson for HR people: make copies of all documents so that not one person can handicap the HR department.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Would like to confirm if I can possibly apply for E1 form as a requirement for my passport application but I already have an SSS number.

I have an appointment with DFA tomorrow morning.

Looking forward to your favorable response.

    Thank you very much.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Hi in&out designs, you can file your MAT2 within 10 years. But do not wait for 10 years, as policies might change. File as soon as you have the required documents.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Hi Dennis, are you employed? Have you asked your employer to follow-up SSS? You can write a request letter to SSS and include a copy of your payment receipts and collection lists with your name on the lists.
Or are you Voluntary? You can go to SSS, show your receipts and request for posting.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Hi Jesser, you can have only 1 SSS no. Find another document that you can submit for your passport application.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Hi Josephine, if your documents are complete, you should start getting your pension after a month or 2 months. Did they not give you a stub? Or a phone number to call or text? Follow-up at the branch where you submitted your claim.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Hi Maki, do you have contributions in 2013 and early 2014? Have you filed your MAT1 with SSS?
About submission of MAT2 after delivery: if the gap between your separation date and your delivery date is less than 6 months, you need to submit a certificate of separation with separation date, cert of non-advancement of your maternity benefit and 2 sheets of signed SSS L501 form from your former employer. This is an SSS policy.
But sometimes, SSS requires submission of these certificates even if the gap is already 7 months to 11 months.
Register at sss.gov.ph so you can check your maternity benefit eligibility and other data.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Hi catherine, register at sss.gov.ph so you can check your claim. When you see Settled and date of check in your account, expect the check to be delivered within 3 to 8 weeks.

  73. Hello. I made a contribution to my SSS account as a voluntary contributor. I paid at SM. It has been more than a month since I paid, but the contributions are still not showing up online. I'm just wondering how long it would take before the contributions are posted online. I'm really getting worried and I would appreciate a reply. Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Hi in&out designs, click Online Inquiry, Benefit, then Maternity Benefit. Processing might take 3 weeks to 2 months.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Hi norisa, were you employed when you paid your past contributions? If yes, then you were reported to SSS properly. You can continue contributing as Voluntary. Just pay as Voluntary and when your payment is posted, your status will be changed from Employed to Voluntary. If you like to be self-employed, check Self-employed on the payment form, and then check your online account if your status was changed to Self-Employed.
If your past contributions were not through your past employer, and if you did not register using RS1 form, register as self-employed.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Hi secretabode, did you pay an amount equal to one of the contributions listed in the new SSS table of contributions? Is the SSS no. in your receipt correct? If correct, your payment should have been posted already. Keep your receipt, and after maybe 2 or 4 weeks more, go to SSS and present one copy for posting.

  97. Hi Rose, yes, you can pay his loan using ML1 form at SSS, or the Bayad Center form. Write his name, SSS no. and address and other items asked in the form. Yes, you can pay the monthly amortization written on the loan voucher, but since his loan should be paid in full by June 2015, it's better if you double also your monthly payment. Or any amount higher.
About loan penalty condonation, there's no new condonation program as of today. The last one was offered in 2012. Even if there's one today, only a portion of penalties are condoned.
Start paying now so you can pay it by 2015 and so the interests/penalties will not accumulate.

  100. Rose: I paid my loan at Bayad Center, but instead of paying 1384.50, I paid only 1383. Is that allowed? And how can I know my payment has been received by SSS?

Hi Rose, yes, that's okay, but next time, pay 1385 or 1386. SSS uses the diminishing balance formula, so you can pay a higher amount. Register at sss.gov.ph so you can check your payments.

  108. edward dela cruz: Hired Feb 3, 2014. Online account shows employer name. No posted contribution. what should I do?

Hi edward, ask your HR why your contributions are not yet appearing on your online account. Reasons for delayed posting could be late submission of collection lists (Employers submit collection lists quarterly) and the recent change from paper submission to electronic submission of collection lists.

  109. Hi anthonydenmark, if you're employed, your check will be delivered to your employer's address. If you're voluntary, and if you like, you can check with your local post office (registered mail section) if your SSS mail is already there with them. Sometimes it takes 2 weeks to 1 month or more. Bring your IDs.

  114. Hi Michael, did you ask your HR if they're going to give you the other half of your benefit after you sign the document or after they get their reimbursement or the next pay day? Yes, there's that SSS rule that you mentioned, and employers should comply with rules, but I think it's better to have a negotiating stance rather than have a fighter stance. But of course, this is only my opinion, it all depends on you because it's you who know how your company is dealing with its employees. If you decide to go to Dole or file a lawsuit, then prepare for the costs (money and time) and possible alienation and harassment from your employer.

Hi Cj Arada, if your father has a Date of Coverage, or if your father registered with SSS correctly, or if he was employed when his single contribution was paid, then you can file your funeral claim. Go to the nearest SSS and ask, together with your father's death certificate, your birth certificate (to prove relationship) and ID.

  119. Rosemarie Guittu Sept 1 2014:
I'd like to know if my father has some benefits to claim from SSS even if he did not continue paying his contributions for a long time. He's 62 now.
We inquired at SSS, and we discovered that his name and birthdate with SSS is different from his name declared on his Birth certificate. Example: his name on his Birth certificate is Juan Guittu born April 28, 1952 but his name and B-day declared on SSS is Johnny Guittu born April 1, 1952.
What should we do? Appreciate your immediate response regarding this queries.

Hi Rosemarie, if your father contributed through his past employer or if he registered correctly as self-employed, and contributed to SSS, then he can get a lump sum or pension, depending on the number of contributions.

About the difference in name and birth date, you need to submit an Affidavit of Discrepancy and Joint Affidavit of Two Disinterested Persons.

There are samples of discrepancy affidavits on the Internet that you can copy. I'm just wondering because I can't find a sample of an affidavit mentioning discrepancy in both name and birth date.
Does your father have other documents in which his name and birth date are the same with the name and birth date with SSS? Like his senior citizen ID. The SSS needs to be know that the SSS
member is really your father and not someone else.

  122. Good day.

I filed my MAT 1 w/ my employer on December 2013 since my scheduled date of delivery was Apr. 24, 2014. But on Feb. 21, 2014, i resigned due to my pregnancy condition. I gave birth thru CS on the exact delivery date but sad to say, my child was still-borne. After I gave birth, I was bed-ridden for almost 3 months and couldn't walk at all and just recovered recently.

I filed and submitted my MAT 2 w/ all the necessary documents on Aug. 27, 2014 in SSS Ayala branch and updated my last name from BULATAO to MUÑOZ since I got married recently. My problem is, on the MAT 2 document, it says there that it should be filed 60 days from the date of delivery or else, I won't be entitled to it. But that would be impossible on my case since I could not walk after the delivery. When I went to SSS Ayala to ask if I am still entitled to it, the rep I spoke to said YES and since I have the complete documents, I should file it in their branch instead as I'm planning to file it in SSS Dagupan w/c is the nearest branch to us. I also asked if I should change my status from EMPLOYED to SEPARATED since I resigned from my company before I gave birth and he said that it's fine even if I don't change it. He gave me the MAT 2 stub and said that it will take 2-3 weeks to be processed but when I checked my SSS online, it says there that I am NOT qualified for maternity benefit and now I'm worried since my status there shows that I'm still employed.

What should I do so I can get my reimbursement as I badly need it to pay our debts when I gave birth.
Hoping for your soonest reply. Thanks.

  123. Hi Mark, what I know is that they have not yet started that kind of bank deposit program, although this choice is in the loan form. What they have started is the Citibank Visa prepaid program and they have pioneered it at SSS Makati and Diliman only. Members applying at these branches are advised to apply for the Citibank card.
So it's more likely that your check will be delivered to your address.
But of course, if you're employed, and bank deposit is what your employer advised you, then I must have missed the new circular about this bank deposit program.

  124. Hi Rosemarie, the birthdate, April 1, 1952 matches the birthdate with SSS, so that's a good thing. But find another document with the name Johnny Guittu, such as previous company IDs or old documents. SSS will wonder why "Johnny" was used with SSS when the name "Juan" is the one used by your father. But present a paper with your father's info: SSS no., birthplace, address, employment history, names of parents and dependents (if there are), and if these are the same with that of Johnny Guittu's records with SSS, then SSS should consider your claim, after you submit the needed affidavits.

  125. Hi Eve Warr, there are 2 discrepancies in your filing: your member status and your surname. Check from time to time your online account, and check if the "Denied" status remains, as you wait for your documents to be returned to your address.
Meanwhile, get cert of separation with date of separation, cert of non-advancement of maternity benefit, and L501 from your former employer. You need to submit these because your dates of separation and delivery are within 6 months of each other.
when you re-submit, make sure that your surname in your MAT2 is the same as your surname in your online SSS account. Check Separated. But if you have continued contributing, check voluntary (See if your online status is Voluntary).
I wonder why the response to your claim is "NOT qualified". Have you paid at least 3 contributions within Jan to Dec 2013? Usually the response if rejected is "Denied".

Hi Lhen, sorry I haven't read of a case like yours. You can go to your SSS branch with your ID and and ask if you can file again for your back pension for age 18 to 20.9, the years that you were unemployed.

Hello! My father submitted requirements and affidavit at the SSS branch in our province. We came to know that my father's previous employer remitted payments for only 24 months. SSS said they cannot retrieve the no. of years the company did not remit because the company has changed its name. What should my father file? Can he get something from SSS? Hope for your immediate advice regarding this.

Hi Rosemarie, it's sad to know your father's situation. Is your father 60 years old or more? He can still file for his claim, but he will not get pension because his contributions did not reach 120 contributions. He'll get a lump sum (total of 24 contributions plus dividends). If you like, you can ask SSS if in the future, you can still claim for funeral benefit even if your father gets the lump sum now.

Hi justin, you cannot be a Voluntary immediately. Voluntary members are those that were previously employed, OFW or self-employed. You must first
    register as self-employed
    .

    ReplyDelete
  159. Hi ronald28, you can register at sss.gov.ph so you can check if your employer is remitting your contributions. To register, you need to write your employer's SSS no. so ask your HR about your employer's SSS no. If you can't register, you can visit any SSS branch with your ID and verify your contributions.

  160. Hi maria theresa, have you received your new loan check? Is your overpayment added to the amount?
How about your online SSS account? What does it show about your loan balance? Is there overpayment there?
SSS stated in the loan form that any overpayment will be used as payment for the next loan.
After receiving your new loan check, and if your overpayment was not returned, bring copies of your loan vouchers and payment receipts with your ID to SSS and ask if you can use your overpayment to pay for your first monthly payments.

About phones and email, it's really frustrating that all the communication systems of SSS are not working well. So the last remedy is to go to the branch with your ID and make inquiries.

  162. Hi jay, yes, you can file a complaint with SSS through an Affidavit, proof of employment, paylips with SSS deductions, etc. When you decide to complain, you must be ready about the possibility of getting harassed by your employer. So if possible, resolve this first within the company. Do you mean that since Oct 2013, your company has not remitted your contributions? If yes, all employees should be complaining to your employer. There's power in number. Do your co-employees know if their contributions are being remitted? Ask your HR if you can see your SSS collection lists and SBR receipts. You should see your name in the collection lists, amounts and dates. The SBR shows payments for all employees listed in the collection lists.

Collection lists and SBRs are now submitted online only.

  169. Hi SSS,

May I know how many days it would take for my contributions to be posted on my member info online? Including the name of my new employer?

    Thanks.

  170. I tried to log in to the site many times but it wont let me.. im trying to get my static info for employment purpose... what to do? Ive given all the details theyve asked for and still no access...

  171. Hi Quim-el, if your balance is more than 50%, then wait until your recent payment is posted and deducted and your balance becomes lower than 50%. You can see your loan check date in your list of loans, so you can see if 1 year has passed since your loan check date. You can renew your loan after you have paid more than 50% and 1 year has passed.

  172. Hi Myriel, employers remit total employee contributions every month through the banks (no employee names, only company name), and they submit the collection list (where employee names appear) every quarter. This means that you will wait for months before you can see your recent contributions posted online.
For Individual Payors, posting is faster, from 1 to 3 days.

  173. Hi niko, try loggin in after midnight. If still not successful and you need that document immediately, you should visit your branch and ask for a copy.

  175. Hi,

I would like to ask if how many days should my company give my Maternity Benefit as long as they have the voucher already . My SSS online status was posted on last november 4 stated there " settled claim" but until now I didn't receive my benefits , what do i need to do ??

    ReplyDelete
  176. I just transferred to a different company and it's not automatic my loan status will be updated? Can you help me?

    ReplyDelete
  177. Hi Angelica, ask your HR or accounting dept if they have received your SSS maternity benefit check. And ask if you're going to get your benefit through the Nov 28 payroll

    ReplyDelete
  178. Hi Ramir, it's not automatic that your new employer will deduct your loan amortization and remit it to SSS. You need to print your loan balance through your online SSS account, or you can go to SSS and ask for a printout of your loan balance, and then submit this to your HR/accounting and request them to deduct monthly your amortization and remit it to SSS.

  179. I’m already legible to apply for a renewal this October 2014. But all of my payments are being credited on the old loan (October 2011 | Check No: 18880153) and the latest one (July 2013 |Check number: 21507229) which I’m supposed to renew is still (0.00) balance. I already went to SSS Angeles Branch twice (August and October of this year) to ask for assistance but still the status was not updated. Our HR personnel already provided the needed documents one day in October but still no update. Please help me on this.

  181. Hi Pisces, what documents did your employer provide? Did they submit a request for posting including copies of all RS5 forms and loan collection lists that contain your loan payments? Do they have an acknowledgment stub? or a copy of the request with SSS stamp? If yes, then I think you have to wait some more.

    ReplyDelete
  182. yes, as per our HR all the documents have been submitted and we received the acknowledgment stub. How much longer do i have to wait. It has been 5 months already since this issue was brought up to SSS

    ReplyDelete
  183. Hi Mr. Pisces, you said the required documents were filed in October, so based on what I've learned from comments, count from October. I don't know really how SSS employees are doing things. But their website and online record system have been on an updating process for many months now, so this might be affecting corrections and posting.

  188. Hello! are you still giving attention with our complaints?

    ReplyDelete
  189. Hi Ashie, you can go to the Iba branch where you filed your claim and ask. Processing time varies, depending on the status or completeness of members' records.

    ReplyDelete
  190. Hi jaybee teogangco, have your father filed his funeral and pension claims?
Your father and your 2 siblings (under age 21) will get pensions. Pension is given monthly through atm. If your father wants to receive in advance his 18 months of pension, he can check that option in the claim form, so his pension for 18 months will be given to him in advance (in lump sum). The funeral benefit is given through a check.
